Meet Dr. Adrian Ubaru, DC, MS, BS
He's been through his own knee surgeries, so he knows what it's like to just want to get back to normal.
The Short Version
Los Angeles to Calgary to Texas
Dr. Adrian was born in Los Angeles, grew up in Calgary, and moved to Houston for high school. That's where he got interested in health and helping people perform better.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from UT Austin in 2015, then went to Parker University, where he finished his Doctorate in Chiropractic in 2020 and a Master's in Strength and Human Performance in 2021. He's also certified in the Fascial Distortion Model and Functional Dry Needling.
Where the Experience Comes From
NFL Combine Prep to Leg Day
During his internship at EXOS Performance Center, Dr. Adrian worked with college football players getting ready for the NFL Combine and Draft. He brings that same level of care to everyone who comes in, whether you're training for a race or just trying to squat without your hip bothering you.
He's also had multiple knee surgeries himself. That experience shapes how he treats patients, because he knows what it's actually like to go through recovery.
Off the Clock
Golf, Pickleball, and King
When he's not at the clinic, Dr. Adrian is at the golf range or playing pickleball with friends, usually with his wife Stacey and their dog King close by. He's also involved in the Dallas community.
