What We Treat

Conditions We Treat

If you're dealing with something specific, here's where to start.

Back & Neck Pain

Low back tightness, disc-related pain, mid-back stiffness, and necks that lock up at a desk or under a bar.

Low back pain · Disc irritation · Neck stiffness · Headaches from the neck

Joint Pain

Knees, hips, shoulders, and elbows that hurt during specific movements instead of all the time.

Patellofemoral pain · SI joint pain · Shoulder impingement · Golfer's elbow

Muscle & Tendon Issues

Tendinopathy and overuse problems from training volume that climbed faster than tissue could adapt.

Achilles · Patellar tendon · Rotator cuff · Hamstring strain

Sprains & Strains

Acute injuries that need a plan for loading again, not just time off.

Ankle sprains · Muscle strains · Return-to-sport progressions

Nerve-Related Pain

Numbness, tingling, or pain that travels down an arm or leg and needs the source found.

Sciatica-type pain · Nerve tension · Radiating arm pain

Chronic or Recurring Pain

The thing that keeps coming back every few months because the root cause was never addressed.

FAQ

Before You Book

How is sports chiropractic different from regular chiropractic?

+

Sports chiropractic looks at the demands you actually put on your body — squatting, sprinting, swinging a club, sitting at a desk for ten hours. Dr. Adrian holds a Master's in Strength and Human Performance and trained athletes preparing for the NFL Combine at EXOS, so treatment is built around your sport or training, not a one-size routine.

Do I need a referral or an MRI first?

+

No referral is needed. Bring any imaging you already have, but most cases don't require it — a thorough exam usually tells us more about how you move than a scan taken while lying still.

Is chiropractic care safe?

+

For the vast majority of people, yes. Safety starts with the exam: screening your history and symptoms first is how we rule out anything that needs a different kind of care. Techniques are chosen to match you, and there are gentler options if you'd rather not be adjusted at all.
